Spanish4Lawyers- Waiver of Rights Form

Spanish4Lawyers- A New & Improved Bilingual Waiver of Rights form for a Criminal/Traffic Not Guilty Agreed Statement of Facts

A couple of days ago, I posted a Bilingual Waiver of Rights form for lawyers in criminal & traffic cases where they are proceeding on a Not Guilty Agreed Statement of Facts. (See post of November 28, 2011.) After a diligent review by interpreter extraordinaire Lucy Pardo and some insightful suggestions by Lincolnesque Lawyer Raymond Atkins, I have added a Psychiatric Treatment Disclosure paragraph as well as a couple of extra sections that reinforce and clarify the document.

I am proud to submit this final version for your usage:

I hope this is useful to you
