Four Additional Rules to Remember in a Car Accident
If you are in an accident, here are 4 additional rules to remember:
- Take photos of your car after the accident. Also take photos of the other vehicles in the accident and the accident scene. Email these photos to your computer so that, if your phone or lost or damaged, you have the pictures for later.
- If your car is damaged in the accident, take your car to a garage for an estimate of the cost of the repairs shortly after the accident. Just in case your vehicle is damaged later, you will have proof of the repairs necessary from the accident.
- If you are injured, go to the hospital or doctor as soon as you can. If you suffer in silence, on your own, you will have no proof to show your pain and suffering or your injuries
- If you continue to have pain, your injuries could be serious and you should seek the help of an attorney experienced in auto injury cases.
