Jeffrey Scholnick Featured in BCBA November Newsletter for Article on Elmer J. Cook

Maryland attorney, Jeffrey Scholnick was featured in the November edition of The Advocate, the newsletter of the Baltimore County Bar Association, for his article on Elmer J. Cook.

In Mr. Scholnick’s article, “Historical Perspectives,” he recounts the biography of the first president of the Baltimore Count Bar Association – Elmer J. Cook. He provides noteworthy details of his life as well as milestones of his political career.

“His [Elmer Cook] energy, passion and strength of personality live onto this day in the work of the BCBA. We all owe a debt of gratitude to the pioneering spirit of Elmer Cook in leading the creation of our Bar Association,” writes Mr. Scholnick.
