The New Social Security 5 Day Evidence Rule: Register Today!

The New Social Security 5 Day Evidence Rule:

  • Scarier than Friday the 13th
  • Friday, October 13, 2017
  • 8:00 am – 9:30 am
  • MAJ Office, Columbia

Since going into effect earlier this year, the 5 Day Evidence Rule has presented a new and spooky potential pitfall for attorneys at Social Security hearings.  Join us on Friday, October 13 for a debrief on the rule over breakfast. Jeffrey Scholnick will share a letter which he uses based on the Baltimore Social Security hearing office’s policies to ensure compliance with their reasonable interpretation of the 5 Day Evidence Rule.  Elliott Andalman will address how the rule is being applied by ALJs in the DC hearing office.
