If you were arrested by Baltimore City Police Officer Kendell Richburg, your case may be dismissed
On March 12, 2013, Officer Kendell Richburg pled guilty to drug trafficking charges. Now, according to an article in the Baltimore Sun dated March 25, 2013 by Justin George, (“Hundreds of criminal cases might be tainted”) the Baltimore City State’s Attorney’s Office has discovered that Officer Richburg may have fabricated charges against as many as hundreds of defendants. These cases are being reviewed at this time. Even if you have already been found guilty, your case can be reopened.
If you were arrested by Officer Richburg, call my office to see if you case can be reopened. Under certain circumstances, you may even be entitled to compensation.
